Big4 Koala Shores Port Stephens Holiday Parks has had a continual issues with unreliable copper services to the property. This has had a big impact on the phones and internet.
We were engaged to consult on the options available.
To resolve the connectivity issues, we were happy to find out that they were in an NBN enable area. This meant we could obtain an NBN Enterprise grade Fibre service.
Through negotiations with NBN were were able to secure a $0 upfront fibre build.
The new service is a scalable, dedicated 1:1 contention ratio service. With a $0 upfront cost and nearly half the price of the only competitor in the market, it was not hard to build the business case.
Now the order has been signed, we look forward turning it up and working with our client to roll out a Guest WIFI solution. A solution that will deliver 100% revenue back to them.
